For the friend who puts their card down after dinner to get Chase Sapphire points

As "that friend" who puts my card down to fund group trips and dinners, I have spent countless brain cells figuring out how to request payment back without being too much of a burden. I've always been bad at remembering who got what, if the Splitwise amounts manually inputted are accurate, if there's a way I can somehow get paid back for tax & tip. This is why I shudder at the mention of bill splitting apps. All of the manual inputs and painstaking time waiting for others to add charges before settling up is insultingly archaic.

How is it that in 2025 with robots running marathons, I'm still manually inputting expenses so I can get paid back by people who are fully willing and actually quite impatient to pay me back fairly? This is why I mustered all of my depleted brain cells towards building an app that actually does make my life easier as "that friend" who covers the tab. This app is called Tabster, or Tabster.ai. All I have to do is upload a pic of the receipt in the app, click a share button, and AI generates an interactive version of the receipt so my friends can tap the items they got and click pay. They can even swipe items left to split a custom number of ways. Seven appetizers split by different people? No problem! Tap, swipe, click, and boom! We're all settled up.

This is a free app available on the App Store and website Tabster.ai. As I sit here thinking of all the people like me that are just trying to get some credit card points covering tabs, yet are rewarded with banging their head against the wall, there's finally a solution in Tabster.
